Abstract |
Preliminary investigations have shown that intense light is produced during the Luminol–Hydrogen peroxide Chemiluminescence (CL) reaction, which is also applied for analytical purposes. However, the study of the mechanism or theoretical approach of the reaction often is bypassed and emphasis is given to the applications only. So, a detailed investigation of this reaction may help in improving the analytical performance of the procedure based on such a reactions. Therefore, in the present paper, theoretical approach of Luminol-Hydrogen peroxide CL reaction has been reported based on some experimental results. Keywords - Chemiluminescence, Luminol, Hydrogen Peroxide, Theoretical approach. | |||||||||
