Abstract |
A solid state diffusion method for the preparation of BaWO4:Ce0.1,Dy phosphor is reported. Lyoluminescence characteristics are studied. Lyoluminescence (LL) shows the high sensitive to ..-ray exposure and LL emission observed at 486 nm and 572 nm in the blue and yellow emission of the spectrum due to Dy3+ ion. All these results show that BaWO4:Ce0.1,Dy phosphor is suitable, as a lyoluminescence dosimetry phosphor of ionizing radiations. | |||||||||
