Abstract |
This paper proposes the simulation and implementation of two phase boost converter(IBC). Every boost converter produces ripple as their by-product. To achieve the optimum performance, the ripple must be low and two phase boost converter caters to our demand. It has the advantage of high power density, low input current ripple, low output voltage ripple and higher current handling capacity. Simulation study of interleaved boost converter has been done using MATLAB. The hardware implementation of this converter is also done. The results are presented to validate the proposed converter.
