Abstract
The paper mainly focuses on the computer aided analysis of ultimate concepts of semiconductor physics by using MATLAB. The research problem in this study is to improve the computerized analysis of intrinsic and extrinsic semiconductor. The solution for that research problem is to develop the computer software GUI with MATLAB language. The objectives of this research are to understand the ultimate concepts of semiconductor physics based on computerized system for undergraduate students in Technological Universities. The energy band of pn junction consideration and mobile carrier calculations, the electron and hole concentrations, Fermi level, current density and mobility are significant attention in semiconductor physics.
