Abstract
This paper provides detailed overview of possible charging standards for electric powered cars, including description of our way of implementation. The primary target of this paper are technical students, young constructors aiming to build their own solar vehicle, however more experienced designers may find useful ideas for developing their vehicles. This article as well summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of charging systems, that might be helpful for students teams planning to participate in Bridgestone World Solar Challenge.
