Abstract |
Drones have opened the doors to a whole new world of possibilities and autonomous drones hold the key to future delivery operations. This paper is about a drone that can deliver an object between two points autonomously. It is powered by the lipo battery and uses the KK2.1.5 flight controller as it’s brain. The xnee program is used for implementing autonomous flight. The xnee is implemented using the Raspberry Pi3. Object pickup is established using a gripper connected to a servo. Image processing also implemented in Pi is applied in order to differentiate between different objects and also authenticate the existence of an object.
