Abstract |
This paper presents solution of economic dispatch (ED) problems related to electrical power systems using Grasshopper Optimization Algorithm (GOA). A novel bio inspired optimization GOA mimics the behaviour of grasshopper insect during their optimization process. For checking feasibility and validity of GOA ED problems are solved comprising small scale power systems have some complexity levels. To solve ED problems efficiently GOA method is quite promising shown by its experimental results. Keywords - Economic Dispatch, Transmission Loss, Grasshopper Optimization. | |||||||||
