Abstract
Non-renewable source of energy, i.e. fossil fuels are highly contributing to the pollution and global warming. So due to increasing rate of pollution and consumption of fossil fuels search for alternative fuel is required. An electric solar vehicle (ESV) is an alternative in automatic industry than a standard gasoline-powered vehicle. There is no more need of fuels or oils for vehicle transmission. Morever, electric cars have comparatively simple transmission and maximum maintenance costs of an internal combustion engine are eliminated. The ownership of an Electric Solar Vehicle is comparatively cheaper than gasoline powered vehicle. Assuming fuel costs: if one drive 24,000 km a year and average 13km per litre, with gasoline price is at 74 ruppee per litre. That comes out to approx 1.5 lakh a year fuel costs to operate your gasoline powered vehicle.
