Abstract
This paper presents implementation of unified power-quality conditioning system, capable of simultaneous compensation for voltage and current in multi-bus/multi-feeder systems for Power Quality Improvement. In this configuration, with the help of one shunt voltage-source converter (shunt VSC) and two series VSCs, load current imperfections on one feeder and supply-voltage imperfections on both the feeders are compensated. The proposed system can be used for simultaneous compensation of voltage and current imperfections in the feeders by sharing power compensation capabilities between two adjacent feeders. The Proposed System performance is analyzed by simulation results using MATALB/SIMULINK. Keywords - Power Quality, Harmonic Filters, Power conditioning.
