Abstract |
Technological advances in mobile devices have given public organizations the opportunity to provide services that are accessible anytime and anywhere. Mobile devices allow running of faster and richer applications. Therefore, this study aims to harness the new technology for the election of directors in the Ministry of Science and Technology. To attain this target, this study uses an Android-powered mobile device to design the Mobile Election of Directors (MED) application. In addition, this study exploits waterfall method in designing MED. | |||||||||
