Abstract |
Nowadays, when the competitiveness of industries and firms determines the competitive power of the country, the analysis of the competitiveness dynamics of firms and industries plays an important role in achieving the sustainable competitive advantage of the countries. "Diamond Model" developed by Michael Porter is used in the analysis of the competitiveness dynamics of companies and firms. In this study, the dynamics of competitive advantages of the electrical equipment products manufacturing industry which contributed most to the Kayseri economy were examined using the structural equation model.
