Abstract
A Hyper-elastic micro-beam is considered here. The hyper-elastic behavior is introduced by Yeoh model and von-Karman strain-displacement relationship is used to consider geometric nonlinearity. Governing equation is derived based on Ryleigh beam theory, and Lindstedt-Poincare method is applied as the solution procedure. The results is compared with Euler-Bernoulli beam theory and show different behavior of hyper-elastic beam from usual beams. In addition, the effects of some parameters are studied on nonlinear frequency. Keywords - Ryleigh, Euler-Bernoulli, Yeoh, hyper-elastic.
