Abstract
Conventional method of water quality monitoring can be revamped and made more convenient using embedded system. In this paper a set of automatic measurement and reporting system of water quality has been introduced. Parameters such as potential of Hydrogen, turbidity, conductivity and total dissolved solids as well as temperature are automatically detected using a single chip microcontroller and instantaneously monitored by Global system for mobile communication in the form of short message service.
