Abstract
In this paper, analysis is done on vane rotary pump to determine the strength by varying materials. 3D modeling of the rotary pumps is done in Pro/Engineer. The materials considered are Cast Iron, Steel, and A356&SiC alloy. Coupled field analysis Static and Modal analysis is done in Ansys. Comparison is made between all materials to determine the better material.
