Abstract—Measuring or monitoring supply chain performance reveals the gap between planning and execution and hence helps the industries to identify their potential problems and areas for improvement. This paper presents the operational requirements, implementation steps and a framework for the supply chain performance measurement in the existing Indian manufacturing industries.
