Abstract |
A case study was conducted in beverage industry of India. Data was obtained and analyzed by using different statistical tools. Vendor Managed Inventory and Order Delivery Process Method were compared. Lead Time, Response Time, Reorder Point and Cost Reduction Analysis was done. VMI method is found to be more efficient than ODP overall resulting in reduction of cast by 2 crores 12 lakhs 43 thousand Indian rupees | |||||||||
