Abstract |
Abstract- The purpose of this paper is to rank and review the various critical success factors (CSF’s) of total quality management (TQM) in favour of Indian manufacturing industries for improving product and process quality. In this concern an extensive literature review was done to identify various CSF’s of TQM. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used for ranking the identified CSF’s. Literature review and questionnaire survey is used as research instrument in this study. | |||||||||
