Abstract |
Safety switches are equipments that selectively permit or avert the power supply as per the requirement. A contact block is a multi-component device that is located outside the mechanical part of the push button. It is electromagnetic switching equipment which is used for a push button to control, carry and break of power supply according to terms of usage. The aim of this work is to develop the direct opening action inside the contact block to automate a mechanical device by using push button. Earlier, it was unable to monitor what is going on inside the contact block but after implementing the proposed system, it will be possible to monitor the contact block. The results of this work can be helpful in emergency cases and momentary action i.e. when push button comes faulty, it will avert human being to prevent from all possible hazardous conditions.
