Abstract |
The unpredictable nature of weather conditions significantly influences our day-to-day activities, particularly our clothing choices. We proposed an Internet of Things (IoT)-based system that connects to a weather API. This proposed system notifies users of weather changes and provides outfit recommendations suitable for the current weather. The device, fitted with a Light Emitting Diode (LED), beeps and flashes upon detecting a user's proximity. Variations in temperature and rain probability are indicated via the LED's color change. The proposed system also features website integration, suggesting appropriate attire, like advising users to carry an umbrella if rain is expected.
