Abstract |
Abstract - In today's rapidly evolving economic environment, mass customisation has become an important research area. Although theoretically sound, practitioners must first grasp the transformation model before tackling the challenging paradigm. This research aims to analyse the mass customization transformation model as it relates to manufacturing, customers, human resources, and business strategies when an organisation transforms from mass production to mass customisation with the aid of a literature review.
