Abstract |
Abstract - “Automatic Identification and Stock Management of Inserts” refers to the methods of automatically detecting Inserts and gathering data about them and directly updating data into the system. Automation became necessary as computers became more prevalent in the workplace. It uses technology to give direct data entry to a computer or other microprocessor–control system, rather than replacing the human’s data entry techniques. This paper consists of operation with smart drawer opener and also with LED identification and image capturing system. Image capturing helps to recognize the number of Inserts by capturing the image or shape of the Inserts. The automation removes manual data collecting and more time-consuming for searching the Inserts. These technologies offer a secure way to identify the Inserts and the quantity of the Inserts.
