Abstract |
Abstract - This paper presents the comparison between the automated generation of NC part program for turning process on a cylindrical workpiece between two software Catia V5 and Sinumerik 828D with version 4.8 of the operating system. This paper focuses on two different NC part programs generated automatically for a turning process achieving the same results. For simulating the workpiece material chosen is Aluminum for this paper.
