Abstract
This paper presents a Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell (PEMFC) dynamic model, this type of fuel cell (FC) is mostly used for car mobility as a primary source of energy, battery and Super capacitors (SC) are used as secondary sources, in designing Hybrid Energy Storage System (HESS). The developed model is organised adopting Macroscopic Energetic Representation (MER) approach. The proposed model has been validated by simulation and experimentation tests, using BAHIA Fuel cell didactic bench, developed by HELION/AREVA, under the standard New European driving cycle (NEDC).
