Abstract
Interviews are the one of the commonly used procedures for selecting employees for an organization. As you enter the room, greet the members and wait for the members to ask you to sit. Do not drag the chair or sit on the chair all of a sudden. Sit in the relaxed position on the chair and lay your hands on your lap. The most important aspect is having eye contact with the interviewers instead of looking at the shoes or at the floor beneath. We must use both verbal and non-verbal communication skills at the time of interviews. Non- Verbal communication between people is communication through sending and receiving world class clues. It includes the use of visual clues such as body language (kinesics), distance (premises) and physical environments or appearance of voice (paralanguage) and of touch (Haptics).
