Abstract
State bank of India is growing banking sector in all sector of banks. It is providing many kinds of services to its valuable customers. There is lots of competition in banking sector in India. This study deals with to know the service quality gaps in Rohtak city Haryana. This study is also suggested that what the factors responsible for the gaps and how to fill this gap. In this study researcher has taken one hundred respondents from State bank of India in Rohtak district Haryana. The sample of one hundred customers is taken randomly. The score of perception shows that what is the existing status of customer in Rohtak district and expectation shows that what are the needs or what the customer are expecting from banks. The result suggests that what ways to overcome the problems.
