Abstract
This study examines the determinants of perceived quality of visit on foreign tourists’ satisfaction in Malaysia. This study raises important questions concerning how destination image, consumer travel experience affect tourists’ satisfaction level. The study empirically tests predicted relationships by using questionnaire survey on foreign tourists. Findings from the research sample support the argument that keeping cleanliness of the destination, ease of assessing a clinic or a hospital, the friendliness of local people and the ease of communication with local people are the key determinants of tourists’ satisfaction. The study also discusses theoretical and managerial implications of research findings for marketing the tourism products globally. Keywords: Satisfaction, Tourists, Malaysia.
