Abstract |
The study aimed at analysing the effect of empowerment on excellence organizational performance at MOBILIS. To achieve the above goals of study , a questionnaire was designed and distributed to a sample of 100 personne ; the study findings were : - The perceptions of the respondents to the empowerment was high , and their perceptions toward the excellence organizational performance were also high. - There was a statistical significant effect for the application of the concept of empowerment on the excellence organizational performance. The study has recommented that ; the necessity of creating a healthly climate to enable the employee to apply the concept of empowerment at MOBILIS, and encouraging some new management practical such as team building, because of its positive effect to create and build a excellence organization.
