Abstract
Throughout the years, traditional teaching methods have been dominant in typical English classrooms in Thailand. Students are not engaged in the English language learning process due to the absence of meaningful tasks. Therefore, systematic design of English course which provides them with opportunities to use language in natural settings as real situations were created during practice is necessary. This paper proposes Graves’ framework of course development processes to develop a technology-integrated English class with the aim to enhance students’ English writing skills and technology skills. The framework consists of eight major components including articulating belief, defining the context, assessing needs, formulating goals and objectives, conceptualizing content, developing materials, organizing the course, and designing an assessment plan. Keywords - English Language Teaching, Graves’ Framework Of Course Development, Technology, Writing Skills.
