Abstract |
In recent years, we have witnessed the presence and role of recommender systems bringing in new opportunities and challenges to the business world. In this paper, we explore how business intelligence concepts could be applied to recommender systems to enhance their capabilities and responses to complex events. We propose a framework for Business Intelligent Recommender System and illustrate its application in B2C e-commerce as a case example.
