Abstract |
Purpose of this research to determine the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and business risk to debt policy at the wholesale companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2013. The method of analysis used in this study regression. Before that using classical assumption of normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation test. Then test the hypothesis that the F test and t test were processed through SPSS 16 program. Based on the results of hypothesis testing found that the business risk affects significantly on the debt policy for wholesale companies.
