Abstract
The paper describes a simulation that represents an active teaching tool which allows players to develop and practice entrepreneurial skills. The simulation allows students to discover, identify, develop, practice, and test entrepreneurial skills in a variety of market contexts. Students learn that the entrepreneur appears to have special personal qualities among which include: internal locus of control, risk-taking, innovation and initiative, ability to solve immediate problems, desire for responsibility and success, need for achievement and control, growth-orientation, power, and aggression. Students' experience with the simulation develops appreciation of entrepreneurship as a leading factor for economic growth and development in globally integrated international markets.
