Abstract |
Any business undergoes change on a continuous basis; one should change with this market changes for to win over competition. Earlier e-business and e-commerce used for to expand business through mobile and internet. But now days many tremendous changes happened in business environment to meet with these changes e-business is only not enough. To overcome with this issue d-business places a vital role. D-business is an evolution from e-business; digital transformation is now day’s buzzword. D-business mainly focused on customer relationship which helps to better understand their customers. The present paper is an attempt to understand how d-business is different from e-business, what those strategies for adopting d-business are, what the benefits of d-business are and how it helps to new business environment.
