Abstract |
Considering country’s (Georgia) social-economic situation, the tariff regulation of the electricity sector natural monopolies, the electricity distribution companies, is particularly actual topic due to the increased interest from the society and the tariffs are often subject to the constant discussion both for the company and the large part of the consumers. The tariff amount for the electricity distribution licensees depends on the prudent, rational and reasonable capital and operational expenditures defined by the regulatory commission. The following paper provides the set of all the necessary actions in order to define the particular principles required for the execution of the regulatory audit.
