Abstract
This research aims to 1) study the levels of work happiness, 2) study the arrangement of the break during work 3) compare the work happiness based on personal characteristics and 4) compare the work happiness based on the arrangement of the break during work. The data were collected by questionnaire from a sample of 232 people of employees in a private company and then analyzed by frequency Percent means and standard deviation. The statistics are used to test the hypothesis t-test for Independent-Samples. And one-way ANOVA. The results showed that: Employees in a private company has been work happiness were at the hight level. The arrangement of the break during work is 68 percentage, no break area, no beverage, and no activity. Employees in a private company who have gender is differently. Work happiness difference was significant at the 0.05 level. And the arrangement of the break during work is differently. Work happiness was no difference.
