Abstract
This paper is aimed to find the optimal values of four variables  n 1 , n 2 , h 1 , h 2  that minimize and the economic design cost model based on Chen [2]. The mathematical model is used to analyze the cost of the integrated model before the genetic algorithms (GA) approach is operated out in order to calculate the optimal values of four variables  n 1 , n 2 , h 1 , h 2  that minimize the hourly cost. Finally, they are subjected to the nonparametric linear regression test in order to verify the optimal values of four variables. A comparison between four policies of integrated model NMKST and VP MEWMA models indicates that the integrated NMKST model has a better economic behavior when it is distribution-free or unknown distribution. Index Terms- Integrated Model, Nonparametric Multivariate, Genetic Algorithms.
