Abstract
This study addressed the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Programs of seven selected multi-national companies in the Philippines and Thailand. Assessments were made by the employees and the community. The research instrument was validated by thirty experts. Causal-descriptive methods of research were employed. Multiple-regression was used to test the mediation. Results of the study showed mediation of CSR patterns benefitting the community considering the data in the Philippines, while no mediation proven on the data in Thailand. Both countries have extensive CSR patterns benefitting the community and moderate patterns benefitting the environment. Philippines companies did not report positive CSR findings while Thailand companies reported positive findings.
