Abstract
Six-sigma is a widely used training evaluation and design method. The Six-sigma is aimed at customer satisfaction by eliminating the defects hence reducing the variation in the quality of services provided. This model of training can be applied to improve already existing training courses. This papers aims to implement the Six-sigma model essentially the DMIAC model to improve the training courses related to problem-solving via computers. This paper essentially proposes a model for implementation of Six-Sigma in academic institutions for improvement of training courses.
