Abstract |
The main concern of this article is to define the concept of leadership. The main reason why I prefer the word “Redefine” is because I have discovered with a lot of dismay that the word leadership has been misunderstood by many authors and leaders over the years. In my opinion, this misconception is the root cause of most of the problems plaguing humanity. This has strained relations between workers and their employers, between governments and citizens and betweens kings and their subjects. In this article, I will present some myths about the concept of leadership. In short, I am going to bring to the limelights what leadership is and what leadership is not. | |||||||||
