Abstract |
The current paper investigates price and income elasticities of the export demand for Sudanese meat based on panel analysis, it uses data from the main importing countries of the Sudanese meat, during the period 1990-2014. the long run evidence indicates that the quantity exported of Sudanese meat is inelastic to the variation in exchange rate. Moreover, the real income of Sudanese meat trade partners is not revealed to be a significant determinant of quantity exported of Sudanese meat.
