Abstract
This study is conducted to search the effects of nurses’ personality traits on their entrepreneurship tendencies. The aim of this study is to determine how the personality traits of the state hospital nurses affect their entrepreurship tendencies. The research sample is collected from 161 nurses at one of the state hospital of Ankara. The analysis of the data obtained in the research was done by using SPSS 22.0 program and T-Test, One Way ANOVA and Pearson's Correlation Coefficient were used to analyze the data obtained. The survey results revealed that the personality traits of nurses working in state hospitals had an effect on entrepreneurial trends.
