Abstract |
It is known that GIS is important and has many uses in many fields, so it is important to investigate determinants of GIS adoption into organisations. This paper will test determinants’ impact on employees’ perception toward GIS, it will also test the impact of perception toward GIS on the actual usage of GIS. The organisation that the study was performed upon is the Ministry of Water and Electricity (MOWE), Water Sector in Saudi Arabia.
