Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the correlation between father socioeconomic status and executive function in early childhood.20 father- and mother-child dyads with children in preschooler years (5-6 years old) volunteered to be the subject of this study. The descriptive statistic used to describe socioeconomic status of parents and Task of Executive Control of children in early childhood which result consistently showed that executive function in early childhood was positively affected by high socioeconomic status of fathers.
