Abstract |
Each enterprise, be it large or small, is always pursing sustainable operation rather than a transient existence like a flash in the pan. That’s why this research focuses on the correlation between senior executives and the sustainable operation of enterprises. Due to the fact that a senior executive can take a direct effect on his enterprise, his or her individual features will also affect to some degree the business performance. In view of this point, this thesis puts forward a research frame and discusses whether the following 5 aspects of senior executives can exert great influence on sustainable operation.
