Abstract
The increasing digital learning materials assist students learning individual or even learning ahead. This research used an e-book with anthropomorphic cartoon characters to examine the influence of children cognition changing. There were 50 elementary students to be participated into this examination. One group read an e-book with only two pairs of legs of Ants to emulate human appearance and another group read with three pairs of legs of Ants that in teams of right Hexapoda what considered to be a true insect. The result found that children did not easy to be effected by a misleading anthropomorphic cartoon characters from their cognition in a short time.
