Abstract |
The objective of this research was to clarify empirically the factors which a company selects regarding various inter-organizational relations, such as merger and acquisition (M&A), keiretsu intragroup dealings (business affiliation), and an alliance. As its research methodology, a questionnaire was given to the managerial class engaged in a company’s strategy execution. In conclusion, some important determinants were verified through the questionnaire.
