Abstract |
International relations have gone through a long evolutionary path, where some factors like the great invasions and spoken languages played a major role in making the world more open and intermixed. Similarly, international law has experienced many changes and adaptations to the different circumstances that occurred ever since its creation. The variety of topics of public international law, the conflicts that took place forced, the identification of a clearer status for many entities, has contributed to the rise of power of the civil society internationally and the advent of an international civil community. The fruit of these concepts’ development was the evolution of the international society.
