Abstract |
Construction industry of UAE is huge and requires effective leadership strategies for its development and growth. For the success of the construction industry, transformational and transactional leaderships are to be followed so that the managers are able to meet the changing situations effectively.The findings obtained from this study consequently revealed that age, nationality, education, work experience, and organizational position of the leader plays a significant role in determining the leadership style he/she applies. However, gender of the leader has no correlation with the style of leadership. Key words- Middle East, construction, leadership, transformational style, transactional style. | |||||||||
