Abstract
Applying the strategic planning process to Crocs footwear company identifies the company‟s current position within the industry as well as recommendations for future strategic moves to support the achievement of Crocs‟ goal of five billion dollars in revenue by 2026. Based on applying strategic planning tools, strategic recommendations include market penetration and product extension that includes customization and apparel supported by brand development focused on celebrity endorsements.
