Abstract |
Abstract - It is well known that we are in the stage of constant technical progression. Science is evolving on a daily basis and is making life easier day by day. The same is with medical science and it’s contribution to mankind. But it is well known that medical science also has a close relation to justice delivery system as well and that relationship is termed out to be forensic medicine. Forensic medicine plays an intricate role in establishing the course of a case and ensuring that justice is delivered to the party deserves it. Naturally even this branch has observed major evolution and this article tries to trace the state of this process in India specifically and then identify as to what all problems are being faced by India even today and how it is affecting our criminal justice delivery system.
