According to the obtained results, the majority of respondents perceived at least some form of incivilityin the last year prior to the survey. Additionally, the results show that, as a consequence of perceived workplace incivility, about half of respondents felt anger and nervousness, more than 40% felt disappointment, irritation and resentment, about 30% were sad, and about 20% were downhearted. However, only a small proportion of respondents reported they participated in absenteeism (11.5% decreased the amount of their time spent at work and 6,9 % falsely reported sick), displacement(3% of respondents) and exit (11,5%of respondents) after perceived workplace incivility.
